Is anyone else really excited to see how their face gets more defined with weight loss?
I love you all and I don’t want to lose you. I have a discord we can all use to keep in touch if our blogs get shut down

Close your eyes for a second. Just breathe deep and picture them. That person who makes your heart flutter. That person who you just can’t stop thinking about.
But do you think they’d ever want you?
Do you really think they’d ever want someone as fat as you? They want someone light and pretty. Not someone who gets tired walking up the stairs.
Imagine how cute you’d be if you were together. That is if you lost weight… Imagine them picking you up by your tiny waist and spinning you around. Imagine how nice it would feel to have your tiny bony figure in their embrace.

Get rid of those fat arms:

There is literally no reason why you shouldn’t be doing these workouts ESPECIALLY if you’re in bed. You can do this! You reach that UGW

- wear my partner’s clothes and absolutely drown in them
- wear skinny jeans and not worry about the fat hanging over my knees
- wear sweaters size medium and have them be big on me
- see single digits on my jeans and double digits on the scale
- walk down the street without worrying about looking like a sweaty pig
- look cute with no makeup
- not care about how short I am because I’ll finally fit into being petite
- sit on the bus without worrying about spilling into two seats
- attract attention from every guy and girl
- finally feel human and alive, no longer a bloated corpse walking around
- be proud of myself
- be my own thinspo
- finally be the “after” photo
- look beautiful no matter what I’m doing
- feel my bones and be filled with joy
- impress my family because I’ve done what they couldn’t, control myself

i see a lot of those “this is what it feels like to lose weight” posts. but this is what it feels like to GAIN weight.
- i have more rolls when i sit down that weren’t there before
- my shirts literally get stuck in my fat rolls
- i can see my muffintop bulging under my skirts or pants
- my cheeks look swollen in comparison to how chiseled they used to look
- none of my old clothes fit
- my rings are too small for my fingers now
- nobody tells me “you’re so skinny” anymore
- everyone says “you don’t look like you gained weight!” when i ask, but the looks on their faces and tone of their voice makes it clear they’re lying
- my thighs touch uncomfortably when i stand
- i can’t bear looking in the mirror anymore
- i can’t see my hipbones or ribs anymore
- i feel like shit literally all the time, i didn’t think it was possible to be more self conscious of my body
- i didn’t realize how skinny i was until i gained this much weight.
think about this the next time you want to binge.
Something I should say to myself more often: if I wouldn’t eat an apple, carrot, or any other plain fruit or veggie then I’m not actually hungry. I’m just craving something.
you don’t reach your goal weight and you’ll miss all the trends that go by. High-waisted shorts, button up skirts, turtlenecks, funky glasses, windbreakers. you’ll miss this generation’s moments of fashion bc you’ll be too big to pull it off. sad
